- Absence of forced labor, modern slavery, and human trafficking;
- Prohibition of child labor and protection of young workers;
- Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements;
- Respect for working hours, wages, benefits, and employment conditions;
- Equal treatment, diversity, and non-discrimination practices;
- Respect for workers’ dignity and fundamental rights.
Employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders are encouraged to report any actual or suspected Human Rights violation through appropriate confidential reporting channels.
ERREESSE prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals raising concerns in good faith.
Executive Management, Quality, Human Resources and Supply Chain functions are responsible for implementing this Policy, monitoring its effectiveness, and ensuring continuous improvement through training, audits and periodic management reviews.
